    New Year’s Run - Around the Corner!

    Speaking of favorite holidays, the New Year’s Run is fast approaching! If all else fails, what better gift to surprise your loved ones with than a pair to the upcoming ragers in New York or Chicago! The full lineup is listed to the right - there’s a lot over there to be thankful for this run so grab your tickets today! The 28th at Best Buy is already sold out and the other shows are moving quick, so act fast!

    We’re also thrilled to announce that Alpha Data will be joining us on New Year’s Eve for setbreaks! His first official EP, Nefertiti  debuted at #5 on the Beatport Glitch Hop Charts this week, check it out if you haven’t already and catch him live on the New Year’s Run!

    And don’t forget the stacked official NYC late-night parties! 12/26 with Mord Fustang, Abakus, and Manhattan Project, and 12/27 with Tipper, Orchard Lounge, and Alpha Data at B.B. King Blues Club! Tickets available at Ticketmaster.

    New Year’s Run Support and Late Nights Announced!

    We are excited to announce our support and late night schedule for the Disco Biscuits New Year’s Run 2011-12! We usually snag great talent and this year is no exception.

    In fact, we have a huge line-up, with EOTO, Tipper, Mord Fustang, Abakus, Orchard Lounge, Brothers Past, the Manhattan Project, and Alpha Data all joining us for a combo of late night and support slots. And in addition to the three epic Biscuits sets on New Year’s, we will have a special NYE performance by hometown favorites, Chicago’s own Future Rock!

    The show on the 28th will feature an old-school, late-night, dance floor-shaking throwdown by the Disco Biscuits at Best Buy that you don’t want to miss. We will be joined by both Brothers Past and Orchard Lounge for a huge night in Times Square!

    New Year’s Run Art Contest!


    Now that the NYE goods are out, we want one of YOU to come up with a rad design that will get used on our street team materials, website, and might even make the Best Buy marquee in Times Square!

    Here's what we need: an 11x17 Photoshop file (plus 1/8" bleed in all directions) that includes all the show & late night info! It should scale easily to smaller sizes for handbills, web, ads, etc. Submissions are due in one week, next Wed 11/2 - you can send a download link to your PSD file to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

    One winner will receive two tickets to any New Year's Run show or 2012 headlining show of their choice, and have their work plugged on all the Biscuits sites! Check out our facebook note for more info on this incredible opportunity to gain exposure for your art.
